Our goal is to be there whenever you need us, so you feel supported throughout your planning journey. To do this most effectively, we'd like to outline the best ways to communicate with us so that you know exactly what to expect.

Our office hours are Monday through Thursday, 9AM - 5PM. During these times, you can expect a response to your emails within 24 - 48 hours. We are unavailable via email on Fridays and weekends because we are on-site for events. However, please know that responding to your messages will always be our top priority upon returning to our inbox.
